Cancellation Policy
To be able to give you the best service, the number of appointments are limited and I always prepare for our appointment in advance. Therefore, I kindly ask you to cancel or re-schedule your appointment at least 48 hrs in advance, if you can no longer make it, so I can offer your appointment to others.
If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, we cannot provide you with a refund, but we can still offer you to re-schedule to a later day, if you wish.
