FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

STEP 01 - Discovery Call
This is a 30 - 45 min long video call to discuss your project, your vision, expectations, challenges, your timeline and design fees.
It is also a great opportunity to get to know each other a bit and see if we can joyfully and successfully work together.
If your project is straightforward, I can advise on the design fee straightaway.
On a more complex project we schedule a Design Consultation in your home.
STEP 02 - Design Consultation
This is a "no commitment" design consultation on site, lasts about 2 - 3 hours, and experience shows that our clients learn a lot during this time.

We will discuss challenges and potential, establish the detailed scope of works that will enable us to propose our design fee and project budget estimates for you.
Design consultation in your home is £450 and will be deducted from your design fee if you decide to move forward with us.
STEP 03 - Fee Proposal & Contract
Based on the agreed scope of works during the Design Consultation, we prepare a detailed fee proposal, an estimated budget and timeline for your project. Once agreed, these will be appended to our Contract and will be the foundation of our work together.
Once this legal document is signed and an advance payment is received, we begin the Research & Concept Design phase of your project.
STEP 04 - Research & Concept Design
We’ll meet again to discuss your project in depth. We dig deep down to find your likes and dislikes and your unique style, as well as all the solutions to practical and functional challenges.
We’ll create floorplans, elevation drawings and lighting plans.
We’ll source proposed finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for your home and present you with the new vision.
STEP 05 - Detailed Design
Once concept design is approved and signed off, we develop the design further, going into every detail that enable us and all trades involved to implement the design and bring the vision to life.
We present you with the reimagined space illustrated with drawings, rendered 3D images, fabric swatches, and finish samples.
Revisions and amendments will be carried out, resourcing and fine tuning will be done to ensure you are completely happy with your final design. Large projects may require a series of phased detailed design presentations.
STEP 06 - Implementation
As the full design is approved, we will start the ordering process and manage the process of order, confirmation and delivery.
We will be on hand to make any decisions required during your project should, collaborating with contractors on site, developing specialist designs with the supplier and handle any unforeseen circumstances, allowing you to relax and have a stress-free renovation.
STEP 07 - Styling & Reveal
After construction is completed, fixtures and furnishing are installed, we’ll source and bring accessories and add the finishing touches to your home to complete the transformation and provide you with a memorable big reveal moment.
We’ll kindly ask you to allow us a day to photograph your home for our portfolio.
